RecreationWith an assortment of different activities and clubs to join, Mulgrave recreation has something for everyone!
Facilities for the town's recreational programs include four parks and playgrounds equipped with swings, a slide, and other features. Other facilities include the outdoor community pool, tennis and basketball courts, a large athletic field with a baseball diamond, a soccer field and a walking track. Mulgrave's youth centre is also used for recreational programs and other community activities such as clogging, Parent and Tot Drop in, Tumblebugs, group meetings, and numerous exercise classes. (weight watchers, craft groups, etc). The centre can be booked for a variety of functions by contacting the recreation department for availability. Up Coming Events

The Mulgrave Recreation Department is located in the Town Hall and can be reached by calling 747-2243. The rec department offers a great selection of activities for residents of all ages. The recreation department also puts out a community newsletter approx. 4 times a year, hosts a Canada Day BBQ each year, and organizes the annual Scotia Days festival.
